The basic tent for overnight stops takes about ten minutes to set up or to add the annex for shade/rain protection will take an extra 20 minutes. Kitchen has full size sink and draining board, hand pump tap, storage for pots, pans, billy and cutlery, utensils and crockery (just add your own). 30L water drum on side feeds to sink, with 20L extra on the side, plus fuel jerry can (lockable holder). Portable gas stove, stand and bottle included.
Multi angle, greasable off road hitch with replacable bushes, greasable shackles on off-road springs, trucklite HD rear lamps. Can supply larger tyres with it if needed. NSW Rego to end of January.
We - mainly our three kids, have outgrown this unit so it's time move on to something bigger. Sleeps family of five with three on the ground level if kids aren't too big. King size mattress and seven foot left side drop down section.

Overall condition is very good, canvas waterproof, minimal wear, a few minor marks on canvas, a few stone chips on mudguards (easily repaired).
